Included in the price are all the bed linen, electricity and heating (including logs in the winter). There will be a small charge if towels are required.
There is a cot, high chair and stair gate at the cottage but please bring your own bedding for the cot and safety mattress if required.

PETS 

We do like to think that visitors can take their pets with them to Honeystones but this must be requested and may depend on the number of people occupying the property. There would be a £25 charge for each pet.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

To help us provide you with the property at its best we ask you to arrive at the property after 4pm and to vacate the property by 10am the morning of departure. 
We would be grateful if you would leave the property clean and tidy. Changeover day is Friday.

The hirer is responsible for full payment if cancelled within 6 weeks of the visit and the owner is unable to re-let the property. If payment is not received within 6 weeks of booking, this will be regarded as a cancellation. We strongly advise that you take out cancellation insurance.

A booking form will be sent to you and a provisional booking can be confirmed on receipt of 25% of the total rental, the balance being due 6 weeks before commencement of your holiday.
There will be a £100 refundable damages deposit charge which will be refunded when the property has been checked. This should be sent with your final payment.
