DINING ROOM / KITCHEN

Honeystones dining room opens out into the lovely conservatory area which overlooks the beautiful view of the countryside. This spacious area is furnished in pine and painted wood and seats up to eight people (plus a high chair).
The beamed kitchen has all the “home from home” facilities, including electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, mixers etc. The freezer and drier are housed in the nearby out building.

SITTING ROOMS

The comfortable light, spacious sitting room is furnished with sofas and arm chairs, where you can watch TV, play videos and DVDs, or just relax and lookout over the garden.
There is a second, cosy sitting room which has a welcoming open fire for those cooler evenings and a TV. This room can be used as a fourth bedroom as there is a bed settee in here.

The main bedroom is a lovely double aspect room overlooking the countryside. It has a king size bed and an en suite toilet and washbasin.
The second bedroom is another light bright room, again with a king size bed.
Number three has twin beds and again overlooks the lovely scenery.
All bedrooms are very tastefully dressed and well equipped.

With bath, shower over the bath, washbasin and WC.

CLOAKROOM

There is a cloakroom downstairs with toilet and washbasin.

The attractive rear garden is totally enclosed and private with a grassed area and various patio areas where you can enjoy sitting out and using the BBQ.
To the front of the property the pavior driveway offers ample off road parking for up to 3 vehicles.
